- Responsibility 1: Prepare annual work plan
- Make annual working plan together with B2B Manager
- Set detail monthly KPI target for each store, monitor and urge to achieve the set KPIs.
- Responsibility 2: Manage sales work
- Seek and take care clients in the area in charge, manage client list;
-Track sales daily and motivate employees to achieve monthly target
- Work with relating Depts to support B2B store to sell goods
- Support B2B store to solve problems. Responsible for explaining incidents to line managers
- Monitor Contract status, be in charge of Contract signing procedures, monitor client's debt .
- Responsibility 3: Training and guiding B2B store
-Train and guide B2B store in the skills and knowledge necessary to perform the job
- Guide B2B store to work according to procedures and regulations, minimizing incidents to the lowest level
- Encourage and motivate employees to develop themselves .
- Responsibility 4: Making reports
- Weekly and monthly sales tracking reports;
- Client data report when updating new clients
- Report for matters arising .
- Education level: University or above
- Major: Foreign Languages, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
- Expertise
- Understanding the company's business products
- Knowledge of sales, understanding the market price of goods .
- Necessary skills :
- Planning, high sense of responsibility
- Guide, train, mentor employees, motivate employees
- Control the target, collaborate with the team to achieve the target
- Communication, negotiation, counseling, solving issues
- Agility and flexibility in sales .
- Gentle, skillful, friendly when dealing with clients.

Thứ 2 - Thứ 6 (từ 08:00 đến 17:00)
- Salary: Negotiable
- 13th month salary ++
- 12 days of leave/year
