Task 1: In charge & manage out sourcing service
- Seeking, negotiating and selecting service providers that match the company's criteria.
- Monitor contract performance of stores and support stores in resolving issues with suppliers
- Contract management and renewal/ new contract signing
Task 2: In charge and manage fire insurance contract and other services
- Collect data on the value of the property to be insured and carry out contract renewal procedures
- Support stores in handling insurance claims when damage is incurred
- Seeking, negotiating and selecting service providers for advertising licenses
Task 3: Manage office administrative tasks
- Monitor, support and manage the work of junior administrative staffs
- Manage expenses within the scope of responsibility
- Make reports at the request of the Senior Manager
- Education level: University or above in Economics / Business Administration / Legal/ HR or relavant majors.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in managing outsourcing services such as security, cleaning, etc.
- Experience in managing a team of 3 or more employees
- Planning & data analyst skills.
- Communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Careful, meticulous, focused on details.++
